- Bitte füllen Sie das unten stehende RMA Formular vollständig aus und schicken Sie es uns über den entsprechenden Button „Nachricht senden“
- Nach unserer Bearbeitung erhalten Sie eine E-Mail mit der RMA Nummer, welche von außen auf der Verpackung des Gerätes vermerkt werden muss
- Das Gerät verpacken Sie bitte in der Originalverpackung oder gleichwertig und senden es uns zu. Die Versandadresse ist unten vermerkt.
- Nach Erhalt und Reparatur des Gerätes werden Sie von uns per E-Mail informiert
